My sister wanted some English Rose Body Butter, so I ordered some fragrance oils from Bramble Berry. The scent was so heavenly that I decided to make some soap with it! I wish I did not have to wait 4 weeks before I use it. I'm pleased with how they all came out. I crushed Rose Petals all over the top. I know some people do not like dried flowers in their soap, and these will wash off after one or two uses.
I found these great molds while I was in Seattle....I think they are a hoot!! Don't you?? I scented these with Grapefruit Essential Oils.
I love how these turned out! I scented the batch with Carnation and threw in a little spice since I love spicy Carnations! I was going to use these color for my Hydrangea soap, but the batch traced too fast and I didn't have enough time to mix in any colors.
I'm not sure what I can do to take a better picture. Maybe if I try a cloudy day instead of a sunny one? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
